Tasks ###

• Technical leadership of the System Engineering team
• Operation, maintenance and further development of the IT infrastructure (Microsoft, VMware, M365) Analysis and rectification of malfunctions in the infrastructure environment
• Provision and administration of server, client and application solutions
• Collaboration in IT projects from conception to implementation
• Ensuring IT security, compliance and documentation
• Support in 2nd-level support

Profile ###

• IT training or comparable qualification with several years of experience in system engineering
• Experience in the operation of Windows server and client environments including software and patch management
• Very good knowledge in Microsoft and VMware environments and M365
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication personality with pronounced analytical skills and initial leadership experience (technical or in a deputy capacity)
• Very good German skills
• Willingness for on-call service
