For our Global IT department, we are looking at our international headquarters in Herisau/CH for a Program Manager - Digital Transformation / ERP (w/m/d) 100% Your tasks Management and control of a demanding IT and transformation project Leading the Program Management Board with subordinate project managers Reporting directly to the CIO Responsible for program management and governance: overall planning, resource allocation between the migration projects, program-wide risk management, budget and controlling Active risk, change and stakeholder management, preparation of steering escalations if necessary Sparring partner of the group management (Program Steering Committee) in relation to ERP roll-outs and further developments Your profile Pronounced leadership behavior in technical and personnel matters Completed studies in business informatics, computer science or comparable qualification Several years of experience as a program or project manager in ERP implementations, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&SCM or CE) Experience in multinational implementations with the management of external partners Desirable: industry experience in industrial manufacturing with a global sales network, experience with PDM/PLM and CPQ You are an open and approachable personality, with the ability to communicate transparently and appropriately to the target group across all levels You think and act in a networked, entrepreneurial manner and are a committed personality with a high quality awareness and result orientation Business fluent in German and English We offer You will implement the responsible programs with a lot of room for maneuver and design in a growing international corporate group A working environment with a good working atmosphere, in a lean management team, flexible working hours and above-average social benefits Note Applications from personnel service providers cannot be considered for the filling of this position.
