We offer a fair salary, which varies depending on experience and skills between CHF 115’000 to CHF 130’000 per year (100% workload). Applications from talents with deviating competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may lie slightly below or above the range.

What you can achieve.

• You manage small and medium-sized construction projects or sub-projects from planning through realization to successful completion.
• In doing so, you are responsible for compliance with project goals as well as specifications regarding quality, costs, and deadlines.
• You commission, manage, and coordinate external planning teams as well as general and total contractors.
• In addition, you support owner representatives and project managers with your expertise and your resources in demanding construction projects.
• Furthermore, you conduct quality audits, evaluate suitable products, and create technical as well as project-relevant reports.

What you bring with you.

• You have completed basic training in the electrical field, supplemented with higher education in the field of project management or in another specific technical field.
• You can demonstrate experience as a project manager from strategic planning to the implementation of building technology projects or as an owner's representative.
• You are a team-oriented, resilient, and communicative personality with assertiveness as well as a service-oriented and economical way of acting.
• Your structured, conceptual, goal-oriented, and solution-oriented way of working characterizes you.
• You communicate very well orally and in writing in German and have good (oral) knowledge of French, so that you can communicate with contact persons from other language regions of Switzerland.
