Financial Business Partner To strengthen our Controlling team at the Bern location, we are looking for an experienced Financial Business Partner, starting by agreement. You create and update, together with the operational managers, the project forecasts and the budget of the assigned departments You work closely as a sparring partner with the project managers of the region You ensure the monthly closings of the departments including analyses and action plans You help to question and optimize "existing things" (financial workflows, processes, etc.) You create ad-hoc analyses/reports for the operational or financial management You contribute to development and organizational projects This is what defines you. Proven experience in a similar function, ideally in the construction industry You have training in business administration or controlling with experience and interest in technical trades High interest and understanding of project business / project controlling Communicative, proactive and solution-oriented personality with very good consulting skills and a hands-on mentality You have a quick grasp and strong analytical skills You master the MS-Office programs, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus for the project tool SAP Fiori / GUI This is what we offer you.
