• Analysis of the Calculation of Needs (from office supplies to raw materials)
• Optimization of company purchases
• Development of lasting relationships with suppliers and participation in the continuous improvement of purchasing processes
• Research, selection and evaluation of suppliers in collaboration with internal departments
• Negotiation of commercial conditions (price, deadlines, quality, payment terms, contracts)
• Guarantee the availability of products and components necessary for production
• Management of reminders and order deadlines
• Updating and optimizing the article database
• Management of supplier order portfolios

What we are looking for :

• Higher education in purchasing, supply chain, commerce or equivalent field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a purchasing function, ideally in a watchmaking industrial environment
• Mastery of ERP tools, knowledge of Proconcept indispensable
• Knowledge of contractual aspects and commercial practices
• Mastery of negotiation techniques
• Analytical capacity and ability to synthesize
• Rigor, sense of organization and resistance to stress
• Interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Knowledge of ProConcept
