HR Specialist with federal diploma (M/F)

Job description:
For one of our clients, a fiduciary located in the district of Aigle, Opus Emploi SA is looking for an HR specialist holding a federal diploma.

Your tasks:

Administrative personnel management
Preparation and monitoring of employment contracts
Payroll management
Social insurance management
Monitoring of absences, holidays and employee files
Management of personnel entries and exits
Advice and support in matters of human resources
Application of HR procedures and labor law provisions
Contact with clients and various interlocutors

Your profile:

Federal diploma of HR specialist mandatory
Experience in a similar HR function
Good knowledge of social insurance and Swiss labor law
Autonomous, organized, rigorous and reliable person
Comfortable in contact with clients
Good mastery of usual IT tools
Knowledge or notions of accounting constitute a real asset
