Head of Market and Customers (80%-100%) YOUR MISSION WITH US You lead the "Market and Customers" department (approx. 20 employees) and are responsible for the strategic and operational development of sales and customer administration You develop the market processing, customer strategy and service portfolio continuously with the Lausanne branch and open up new business opportunities You ensure effective and efficient market processing as well as professional customer management in day-to-day business and implement budget and annual targets in a targeted manner You control the cooperation with sales partners, major customers and internal organizational units and ensure high data and service quality You lead, empower, coach and develop your team and promote a performance-oriented, open team culture You ensure the continuous optimization of processes, key figures and quality standards and drive innovation and digitization forward You act as a sparring partner for the management and represent Certas vis-à-vis customers, partners and in the market WHAT YOU BRING You have a completed degree (uni/FH) or equivalent training, ideally in business administration, sales/distribution or customer relationship management You have at least 5 years of experience in a comparable leadership position in sales or customer management You are familiar with the management of sales partners, major customers and complex stakeholder networks You have German at native language level, French at least at B2 level You work in a data-based manner, use key figures specifically to control your area and derive effective measures from them You think strategically, act pragmatically and implement changes consistently and sustainably You are a communication-strong, integral and entrepreneurially thinking leader with high customer orientation WHAT WE OFFER Responsible key role with direct influence on the market and customer development of Certas AG High degree of design freedom in a growing, meaningful and security-relevant environment Close cooperation with the management in strategic matters as well as with sales partners, major customers and other Certas locations Attractive employment conditions and benefits including performance-oriented bonus model Central location in Zürich with very good public transport connections Are you the person we are looking for?
