Be a Candrian - Your tasks:

• operational and administrative responsibility for smooth operational processes in your restaurant
• responsibility for training and further development of employees
• creation of the duty roster as well as control of the time tracking system in compliance with legal regulations using the program "Abacus"
• responsibility for the settlement of cash and safe holdings and the associated documentation
• responsibility for orders, inventories and daily closings
• ensuring and increasing guest satisfaction
• active support in operational business with a focus on ensuring high service standards
• responsibility for compliance with the standards of Burger King
• responsibility for complaint management
• responsibility for compliance with quality standards and strict hygiene regulations according to HACCP

• a completed commercial or hospitality training
• experience in system gastronomy
• experience in leading employees
• pronounced leadership competence and role model function
• conscientious and trustworthy appearance
• flexibility (including evening and weekend shifts)
• motivation, reliability, commitment
• ability to work in a team, positive charisma
• independent way of working and resilient personality
• very good organizational skills and pronounced quality thinking
• good knowledge of the German and English language
