Clerk Maintenance of Alimony and Debt Collection 80-100%

In the areas of social assistance, child and adult protection, as well as maintenance of alimony, around 45 employees work in various teams and at two advisory centers. The Finance & Personnel department, which includes the maintenance of alimony and debt collection, is managed centrally in Huttwil.  To reinforce our team, we are looking for as of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement a Clerk Maintenance of Alimony and Debt Collection 80-100% ## Your tasks ### You receive applications for alimony maintenance, record and process them in the client system, and check them according to legal regulations. After a decision has been made, you are responsible for the execution of the alimony maintenance. You also process internal debt collection orders from social workers. You carry out suitable debt collection measures and monitor deadlines and periods. Advising applicants and debtors is as much a part of your tasks as the clarification of facts and the writing of correspondence. Your profile ### You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification. If applicable, you already have professional experience in the field of alimony maintenance and debt collection. To be optimally equipped for work with us, good IT skills (MS-Office and possibly KLIB) are an advantage. We are looking for a resilient, independent and motivated personality who enjoys being part of a smaller team and demonstrates a high readiness to provide service. You have a friendly and confident manner, which you also maintain in hectic and difficult situations.
