Yooji's Manufaktur, which belongs to Two Spice AG, offers a versatile and exquisite selection of sushi, sashimi and much more. The production site of the Two Spice Manufaktur is located in Rümlang and employs over 90 employees. Various delicacies are pre-prepared daily and delivered several times a day to the Yooji's restaurants and stores. Specially developed products for our Japanese retail brand ZENBU are also produced in the manufaktur. ZENBU products such as sushi, poké, onigiri and vegan delicatessen are produced for Coop and are available directly at Coop throughout Switzerland. Would you like to become part of our team? Tasks

• Production and preparation of the rice production according to recipes, production plans and working instructions
• Operating, monitoring and setting up the production facilities
• Mise en place work
• Various tidying up and cleaning work
• Compliance with cleaning and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Professional experience in a comparable function in the food industry
• High reliability
• Good German skills at least level A2
• Clean, exact and efficient way of working
• Stress-resistant, resilient and physically fit
