Mistletoe therapy has been a proven element of integrative cancer therapy for decades. Our goal is to further develop the use of Iscador in oncology. For this exciting challenge, we are looking for our IT team for an IT Support, 80 - 100 % (m/f/d) In this exciting and varied activity, you will be responsible for the management of our IT infrastructure. Your tasks: • Support to internal and external employees in case of software and hardware problems. • Participation in the development of internal processes as well as conducting training for end users on new solutions. • Active participation in internal IT projects and providing professional expertise. • Receipt, processing and resolution of incident reports as well as maintenance and installation of software and hardware. • Risk analysis for IT operations, definition of appropriate measures to avoid service interruptions and autonomous implementation of these. • Management, monitoring and ensuring stable operation of all relevant IT systems. Your profile: • You have training as an IT specialist with a specialization in systems technology or business IT. • You have solid knowledge of hardware as well as mastery of Microsoft operating systems and Office products. • You possess practical and theoretical knowledge in the Active Directory, Microsoft Server and Microsoft 365 environment. • You act in a service-oriented, professional and prudent manner with different groups of interlocutors. • Category B driver's license is an advantage. • You have excellent knowledge of German orally and in writing; knowledge of English is a plus.
