In this versatile position at group level, you will work closely with management, support strategic decisions and contribute your expertise in controlling, reporting as well as M&A-related topics. In doing so, you will take responsibility for several companies in Switzerland and Austria and make an important contribution to the sustainable growth of the company. Tasks ### • Preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts as well as monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS • Analysis of business figures and derivation of concrete recommendations for action • Preparation of management reports as well as KPI dashboards • Execution of ad-hoc analyses and scenario calculations • Sparring partner for departments such as management, HR, legal and M&A • Support with investment decisions and business cases • Optimization of financial processes and internal controls • Participation in audits, due diligence processes and post-merger integrations of new companies Profile ### • Completed studies in finance, controlling, accounting or business administration or comparable further training • Sound experience in a controlling or group finance environment and good knowledge of IFRS • Very good Excel skills and experience with reporting tools • Very good German as well as good English skills • Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders • High initiative and a hands-on mindset Benefits ### • Flexible working hours and hybrid working • Flat hierarchies • Dynamic and innovative market environment
