Your tasks ### • you lead your team with presence, heart, and professional competence - not just from the office, but in the middle of everyday nursing care. • support the Residential Area Manager in personnel, organizational, and professional matters. • you take responsibility in direct care and contribute daily to the quality of life of our residents. • you promote employees individually and accompany them in their professional and personal development. • you coach FaGe trainees as well as HF students and create learning moments that remain memorable. • you question processes, contribute ideas, and work actively in projects as well as in quality management. • you help shape our transformation, rethink nursing, and inspire others for change. • strengthen an open, appreciative, and trusting team culture. Your profile ### • You have a degree as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson (DNII, HF, FH) and ideally experience in long-term care. • You have already gained leadership experience and ideally completed leadership training or are willing to complete it. • You work in a solution-oriented manner, take initiative, and enjoy contributing new ideas. • Changes motivate you - you roll up your sleeves instead of waiting. • You communicate openly, empathically, and at eye level. • Even in demanding situations, you maintain an overview and act sensibly. • Very good German skills as well as enjoyment of working with digital tools. • RAI knowledge is an advantage, but not a must.
