Building Technician HVAC (a) Work location Basel Workload 100% Start of work immediately or by arrangement What awaits you • Operation and monitoring of technical systems • Carrying out control and inspection rounds on the technical systems as well as in the properties • Documenting deficiencies or carrying out necessary measures to remedy deficiencies • Planning and carrying out required inspections on technical systems • Creating, maintaining, and updating property and system documentation • Carrying out initial interventions and fault analyses • Obtaining quotes from third-party providers and accompanying them What you bring with you • Completed apprenticeship in the field of technology • Connection permit Art. 15 NIV is an advantage • Professional experience in a similar function in a demanding customer segment • Profound IT user knowledge • Flexibility and resilience with good organizational skills • Readiness for on-call service • Driving license (Cat.
