Our patients are treated both in the heart of Zürich and at the airport -The Circle-, in the largest outpatient center in Europe. In scheduling, we lay the decisive foundation for the smooth planning of outpatient consultation appointments at modern workplaces at USZ. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees commit themselves daily to the well-being of our patients. ### This excites you • Taking over efficient and demanding planning, coordination, and scheduling of outpatient consultation appointments • Written and oral correspondence with patients, referring doctors, hospitals, as well as interfaces at USZ • Independent assumption of various administrative tasks What we value in you • Basic medical training (Medical Practice Assistant / Medical Practice Assistant or Healthcare Assistant / Healthcare Assistant) or training in the medical/nursing field with corresponding commercial further training or training as a Pharmacy Assistant resp.
