Technical Facility Manager (m/f/d) Work location: Dietikon Workload: 80-100% Start date: immediately or by arrangement Department: Building technology / Facility management / Landscaping Your tasks Maintenance and development of continuous customer contact and first point of contact for technical and professional questions Ensuring operational daily business in the area of technical and infrastructural building management in properties Execution of maintenance and servicing work inside and outside the buildings Awarding, supervising and monitoring orders to internal as well as external service providers and suppliers while adhering to costs, deadlines and quality standards Execution of maintenance and minor repairs as well as their seamless documentation Availability for on-call duties (first intervention) Direct contact with customers, subtenants and other contact persons on site First point of contact for all concerns regarding technical building management Your profile Completed training as Fachmann/Fachfrau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ or technical or manual vocational training Several years of professional experience as a technical facility manager Sound basic technical knowledge in HLKSE (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) Strong customer focus and service orientation Willingness for flexible working hours Very good German skills as well as good user knowledge in MS-Office Driving license category B About us At Vebego AG, more than 6,000 employees make our customers' lives easier every day and ensure that their buildings always remain in top shape.
