Architect for the implementation of complex structural engineering projects SIA 41–53 (m/f/d)

What awaits you As a central personality in the SIA service phases 41-53, you take overall responsibility for the construction site management and organization of our integrally planned structural engineering and interior finishing projects. In your role as site manager, you lead an interdisciplinary project team independently, solution-oriented, and with high professional competence. You manage the cost- and result-responsible leadership of the object supervision department and ensure that quality, deadlines, and economic efficiency remain in harmony at all times. In the integral planning process, you work – supported by BIM – closely with architecture, structural engineering, HKKLS, electrical engineering, as well as external planning partners. This holistic approach enables you to achieve smooth coordination and the implementation of innovative solutions. The ATP Green Deal serves you as a green guideline for climate-neutral, future-proof, and sustainable buildings. What you bring You have a successfully completed degree in the field of civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable training. You have very good German skills in speaking and writing. Your career shows several years of professional experience with all service phases within the framework of the execution of medium to large projects in object supervision. Traveling to the respective objects gives you pleasure. You have extensive knowledge of the relevant permit and planning principles, laws, regulations, and standards. As part of your previous activity, you have already been able to acquire knowledge in software tools such as MS Project and iTWO. Your knowledge in the area of Lean Management methodology is welcome.
