In order to complete our team at our administrative headquarters in Vevey, our franchise is looking for an HR Business Partner at 80% - 100%. Your mission You will play a key role in human resources management, actively contributing to the smooth running of our processes and the monitoring of employees. Administrative management of the employee life cycle (contracts, personnel files, work certificates, etc.) Monitoring of residence permits Monitoring of absences, leaves, and data related to working hours Rigorous monitoring of sickness and accident absences with the franchise broker Participation in payroll management in collaboration with our fiduciary Advice and support to the managers of the 7 restaurants regarding HR questions, notably in connection with the Collective Labour Agreement (CCNT) Participation in recruitments and integration of new employees Contribution to HR projects aimed at optimizing our internal processes Support to managers for conflict management Routine interviews with employees of the different restaurants Preparation of various HR audits/controls Ensuring regular visits to our 7 restaurants to respond to the various requests of our employees Your profile At least 5 years of experience in human resources, ideally in the restaurant sector or similar In-depth knowledge of the Collective Labour Agreement (CCNT) in catering Holder of the HRSE HR certificate Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, etc.); knowledge of Mirus software is an asset Organized, rigorous, and endowed with excellent communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while working autonomously and proactively French native speaker, you possess excellent writing skills in this language Valid driver's license as well as a private vehicle for travel to the various sites.
