CNC Mechanic-Setter 2x8 multibar

• Ensures the correct execution of milling operations (5 axes) as well as the production monitoring of our links on our CNC machines of type S1000, S1000c (FANUC and SIEMENS controls), according to current processes • Is responsible for the conformity of parts by performing visual and dimensional controls and, if necessary, performs corrective actions in compliance with workshop instructions • Ensures the passing of instructions to the relief teams • Participates in the cleaning and maintenance of equipment, machines, and tools and ensures the application of preventive maintenance plans in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety SST rules • Participates in the continuous improvement of processes and the work environment Profile: • CFC with maturity or BTS in the field of microtechnology • Indispensable: minimum 3 years of professional experience in setting CNC milling machines on high horology products, experience on bumotec S1000 or multibar machines is a plus • Knowledge of numerical controls • Good mastery of standard dimensional control tools such as micrometer, Marcel Aubert and 3D control • Excellent knowledge in reading blueprints • Experience working in 2x8 shift schedules and/or night shifts, a plus • Indispensable: Desire to work in 2x8 shift schedules • Rigorous, autonomous, motivated and organized person
