Agent de Méthodes Industrialisation Engineering degree in industrial processes or training deemed equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent analytical and synthesis skills. Ability to unite teams and support change. Good mastery of ERP systems. Mastery of CAD software. Good mastery of the Windows environment and the Microsoft Office suite. Manage the monitoring of industrialization projects for new products, from pre-series to mass production. Conduct continuous improvement projects according to Lean Manufacturing principles. Develop tooling for new products and ensure its maintenance. Create and maintain technical data (routings, plans, work instructions, etc.). Manage machine investment projects and participate in technological monitoring.
