On behalf of our client based in Genève, we are looking for a Senior SCCM / Intune Engineer (f/m/d) responsible for managing, securing, and evolving the Intune/SCCM scope within a demanding international environment, with a role as a technical referent.

Your mission ####

• Manage Microsoft Intune for an international fleet of several thousand workstations and act as the technical referent for this scope.
• Secure the patching of workstations via Intune and internal servers via SCCM/MECM, by ensuring testing, deployments, failure analysis, and monitoring of results.
• Evolve Intune configurations, Windows Autopilot, Entra ID, and MAM policies, and automate recurring operations using PowerShell.
• Provide N3 support, analyze complex incidents, challenge existing technical choices, and propose concrete improvements.
• Handle technical topics from end to end, structure the different stages, ensure their implementation until closure, document the actions taken, and communicate proactively on progress and any potential blockages.

Your profile ##

• Expertise in Microsoft Intune in a production environment, with the ability to become a technical referent and to manage a scope autonomously.
• Solid mastery of SCCM/MECM, particularly for server patching, as well as experience in deployment and update management on a significant Windows fleet.
• Good mastery of PowerShell to develop, adapt, and maintain automation, control, and diagnostic scripts.
• Solid operational knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, notably Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, and MAM, supplemented by VMware knowledge.
• Experience in handling N3 issues, with the ability to analyze an existing environment, challenge solutions in place, and drive technical actions to their resolution.
• Autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, and proactive communication, with the ability to prioritize topics and provide visibility on their progress.
