to join our team of interim pool workers, to intervene in different structures: EMS, CMS, Hospitals, Clinics, Adult Psychiatry, Psychogeriatrics & Child Psychiatry.

Job Description
You collaborate closely in the care of patients within a multidisciplinary team
You provide varied, global and individualized care under the delegation of a nurse
You provide medico-technical care under the delegation of the nurse
You accompany patients in a responsible and autonomous manner for care aspects touching on activities of daily living
You ensure the proper transmission of information between all stakeholders through the patient file

You hold a CFC as Assistant in Community Nursing and Healthcare (ASSC)
