The Center for Health, Policy, and Economics (CHPE) is an interdisciplinary research center of the Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine. Research at the CHPE deals with health systems, health policy and health economics as well as current issues in health care. We are looking for a Coordinator Center for Health, Policy and Economics (60-70%) starting on 1 January 2027 or by arrangement. Responsibilities * Business control of ongoing projects and topics of the Center for Health, Policy and Economics (CHPE) at the faculty * Cooperation in strategic questions regarding the further development of the CHPE * Collaboration with partner institutions of the CHPE, networking in the health sector * Participation and cooperation in CHPE management meetings * Organization and implementation of CHPE team meetings and events * Cooperation in the communication of CHPE projects * Cooperation in soliciting third-party funds and in writing research proposals * Cooperation in strategic topics of the CHPE, contributions to the HSPM platform of the European Observatory, management support in the activities of the Swiss Society of Health Economics (sggö) and the European Health Economics Association (EuHEA). * Organization, coordination, preparation of meeting agendas, room organization, minute-taking (management meetings, team meetings and research meetings) * Administrative support for the professorships of the CHPE. Requirements * Master's degree in health sciences, psychology, economics or a similar field * Experience in project management or professional leadership of units * Experience in scientific activity * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Very good German and English skills * Independence and reliability * Careful way of working * High social competence and ability to work in a team.
