Your Work Environment
Our interdisciplinary inpatient ward combines the specialist areas of visceral surgery, otorhinolaryngology (ENT) as well as internal medicine. It offers an exciting, varied and demanding work environment with a wide spectrum of patients. Interprofessional exchange with various professional groups is at the center of high-quality patient care for us.
Your Tasks
Holistic professional nursing and care of patients from the mentioned specialist areas
Planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing measures according to the nursing process
Close interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, therapists and other specialist areas
Accompanying and instructing trainees and students in the nursing field
Active participation in the further development of nursing quality and internal processes
Qualifications
Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
Professional experience in the acute care sector, ideally with knowledge in the areas of visceral, surgery, ENT or internal medicine
Sense of responsibility, high social competence and teamwork skills
Enjoyment of a dynamic work environment with changing requirements
Interest in interdisciplinary cooperation and continuous further education
