• In close cooperation with the department management, you lead and promote your employees in an appreciative, goal-oriented, and responsible manner. In doing so, you actively shape a positive team and department culture and create an environment in which cooperation and further development are promoted
• Together with your team, you ensure professional, evidence-based, and high-quality nursing and actively participate in direct nursing care
• You take responsibility for the organization of daily work, promote open and transparent communication, and actively participate in the optimization of processes and workflows
• You promote the professional and personal development of your employees and strengthen constructive, appreciative cooperation within the team as well as with interprofessional partners

Your experience ###

• You have completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH and ideally already bring several years of professional experience
• Ideally, you already have leadership experience at the team leader level or are willing to undergo targeted further training in the field of leadership
• You work with commitment, reliability, and structure, enjoy taking on responsibility, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations. As an open and communicative personality, you value cooperation within the team
• You convince through empathy, assertiveness, and a good sense for different situations and succeed in inspiring your team for common goals
