Le TCS Valais is looking for a creative, autonomous, and organized person to take charge of the writing and coordination of its newsletter.   Your mission ### As the newsletter editor (4 times a year), you are at the heart of our section's editorial communication. You imagine subjects, propose them, give a line and a tone to the newsletter, and ensure its realization, from the first idea to the printed product. Estimated working time per year: 200h. Concretely, you: • develop, in collaboration with the relevant persons, an annual communication strategy and the accompanying budget; • propose and develop the subjects of the TCS Valais newsletter, in connection with the guidelines, the annual program, and the activities of the section; • ensure the complete writing of the newsletter; • coordinate the editorial contributions of the committee members and the public affairs officer; • ensure collaboration with the Haut-Valais, notably to guarantee content adapted to this linguistic region and coordinate translation work; • research and manage the photos and illustrations necessary for the newsletter and ensure the management of the photo library; • coordinate the graphic part according to the decisions made by the committee; • prepare the first draft of the newsletter for proofreading and ensure the necessary adaptations; • coordinate relations with the printer, ensuring respect for deadlines and the quality of the final product; • ensure coordination with the central headquarters for the insertion and proper receipt of the newsletter.   Your profile ### We are looking for a person who: • possesses an excellent writing style and loves writing for different audiences; • knows how to transform information into clear, lively, and attractive content; • has a good journalistic sense and knows how to identify subjects that deserve to be highlighted; • is comfortable in the coordination of several stakeholders and production stages; • demonstrates autonomy, rigor, and an excellent sense of organization; • has an interest in communication, regional news, and associative life; • appreciates working in collaboration with a committee and various partners; • possesses a sensitivity for layout, imagery, and visual communication; • has solid experience in writing, journalism, communication, or publishing; • has completed a university or equivalent training What we offer you • A varied and autonomous editorial mandate, with real creative leeway; • the possibility to contribute directly to the image and communication of TCS Valais; • close collaboration with the committee, the public affairs officer, and various partners; • an activity that combines writing, communication, coordination, and creativity; • a mandate starting in 2027, according to the conditions agreed upon between the parties.
