Locality Neuchâtel Availability Immediately Type Permanent Reference 42166 Published on 25/08/2026 Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: Job description ### Main responsibilities • Manage projects for automated machining centers, from needs analysis to final acceptance • Ensure the interface with international clients • Coordinate internal teams: mechanics, automation, software, assembly, and commissioning • Monitor schedule, budget, quality, risks, milestones, and technical progress • Accompany validation, commissioning, and acceptance phases at the client site Profile ### Desired profile • Higher education in mechanics, automation, microtechnology, mechatronics (or equivalent) • Proven experience in project management of machine tools, machining centers, or special purpose machines • Ease in client contact, cross-functional coordination, and complex projects • Availability to travel worldwide, approximately 40% over the year • Autonomous, structured, solution-oriented person, and reliable in a demanding environment The advantages: • A senior position within high value-added machine projects • A stimulating environment Project Manager - Industrial Machines (M/F) / Permanent
