Do you love the variety between highly specialized assistance and working independently directly with the patient? Do you appreciate the microscopic precision of endodontics, but are equally passionate about preventive dentistry? Then we have the perfect position for you!

For our modern practice specialized in endodontics in Rüschlikon, we are looking for reinforcement starting from December 2026. To offer our patients the best service, we would prefer to complement our team with two motivated personalities at a 50% workload – but a 100% employment is also possible. It is important to us that you also independently perform prophylaxis treatments within your workload.

What you bring on board:

Education: Successfully completed training as a Dental Assistant EFZ with completed further training as a Prophylaxis Assistant (PA).

Experience: Sound experience in the independent performance of prophylaxis for adults and children. Ideally, you already bring experience in endodontic assistance (surgical microscope, rubber dam) – or you have the motivation to let us introduce you to this special field.

Way of working: You work sensitively, exactly, and with a high level of quality and hygiene awareness.

Personality: A winning, empathetic appearance, with which you can also relieve the nervousness of anxious patients.

Languages: Very good German skills.

Your tasks with us:

Prophylaxis: Independent performance of professional dental cleanings, recall appointments, and individual oral hygiene counseling.

Chairside assistance: Professional, proactive assistance during our specialized endodontic treatments under the microscope.

IMPORTANT: Are you still lacking experience in endodontics? No problem! Since training and promoting team members has always been close to our hearts, career starters, those returning to work, or applicants with little (or no) endodontic experience are expressly welcome – we will train you step by step in our special discipline and can open up completely new insights into a super exciting field.

Patient care: All-around care for our patients in a calm, relaxed atmosphere.

Practice organization: Preparation and post-treatment of treatment rooms, digital X-ray, as well as instrument processing according to modern standards.
