Job description
Small daycare, big discoveries - become part of it! With us, people build, research, dance, and create. In our educational spaces, the children decide for themselves where their curiosity leads them, and you accompany them in doing so. In a small, warm team, with fixed working days and 5 weeks of vacation. We are looking for you as a Specialist in Childcare Children (80-90 %) as of 1. February or by arrangement Who we are The Kita TEVILINO is a private institution with two groups and 12 childcare places daily for children from three months up to school entry. We accompany the children in their learning and development steps and strengthen them in all areas of their lives. Our concept: Educational spaces Our rooms are designed for different areas, such as building, moving, creating, or for role-playing. The children choose for themselves where and with what they play, following their interests and their own pace. We accompany them attentively, provide impulses, and develop our concept together. That is exactly why we are looking for you! Your tasks

You accompany the children lovingly and according to their needs through everyday life
You take responsibility in everyday group life and for the areas entrusted to you
You independently help plan and organize the day and activities
You maintain appreciative, open, and transparent cooperation with the parents
You actively further develop our pedagogical work in the team
You also enjoy taking on administrative tasks
What you bring with you

a completed training as FaBeK or a recognized pedagogical training
experience in the childcare of children
ideally the vocational trainer course or interest in training and accompanying young people
joy, creativity, and commitment in pedagogical work
empathy, reliability, and security in action
a warm, appreciative attitude towards children, parents, and the team
