For our team in Sursee, we are looking for a motivated person for the internal technical service, who appreciates direct contact with customers and wishes to put their enthusiasm for technology into practice every day. With us, you will work with high-quality machines, in a modern working environment and with a committed team sharing the same passion.

Your tasks ##

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and process their requests and orders independently, reliably and in a solution-oriented manner
• You advise our customers competently on technical questions and find the appropriate accessories as well as the right spare parts
• You actively assist in customer service if necessary
• You prepare offers and invoices and assume other administrative and organizational tasks
• You take care of the processing of returns and ensure a simple solution
• You manage the cash register and take charge of complaint management tasks
• If necessary, you contribute with the team to an attractive, well-organized and tidy retail store

Your profile ##

• You have completed basic training as a motorcycle mechanic CFC, automobile mechanic CFC, after-sales retail specialist CFC or equivalent training
• You have several years of professional experience in a similar function
• You have a good command of German, foreign languages are an advantage
• You convince with a customer-oriented and professional approach in contact with customers
• You maintain an overview even in stressful situations and work in a solution-oriented manner
• Your way of working is independent, reliable and efficient
• Due to our opening hours, regular work on Saturday is also required
