As a Consultant (m/f/d), Commercial Technical Service, you will actively contribute to customer consultation and help our customers with their concerns. Tasks As a Consultant (m/f/d), Commercial Technical Service, you are responsible for: * Telephone technical consultation primarily for business partners (installers) for Level 1 Support * Support of field service assignments * Sale of repairs with coordination of processing: offers, orders, deliveries, returns, warranty, factory goodwill * Support in the processing of problematic systems * Telediagnostics via digitalization tools * Sale of spare parts and repairs with coordination of processing: offers, orders, deliveries, returns, warranty, factory goodwill. Requirements We are looking for people who are characterized by a strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and a strong customer orientation. Furthermore, you should bring the following qualifications: * Completed technical basic training in the field of HVAC with further training * Expert consultation, hydraulic, refrigeration technology and electrical * Communication and teamwork skills * Safeguarding Viessmann's interests when dealing with customers.
