Your tasks:

• Independent checking, coding, and booking of supplier invoices
• Management of the financial accounting
• Reconciliation and control of balance sheet and profit and loss accounts
• Preparation and execution of regular payment runs
• Participation in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Participation in the area of cost accounting and in business evaluations
• Support in commercial and administrative processes
• Deputy in the accounts receivable process including dunning"s

What you bring with you:

• Commercial basic training with further training in finance and accounting, for example as a clerk in accounting, or a comparable qualification
• Balance sheet proficiency
• Several years of practical experience in finance and accounting
• Good knowledge of financial accounting and proficiency in handling balance sheet and profit and loss accounts
• Good knowledge of cost accounting
• Experience with ABACUS is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Structured, exact, and punctual way of working with a high standard of quality
• Strong independence and sense of responsibility
• Cheerful, reliable, and team-oriented personality
