In the diverse and demanding areas of responsibility, you will independently operate the filling plants of the Pharma Filling department, lead the operating personnel on the line, monitor and control the filling plants in compliance with the manufacturing regulations and GMP requirements. Plant Operator (m/w) 100% Your tasks Independent operation of the filling plants of the Pharma Filling department Technical leadership of the operating personnel on the line Monitoring and control of the filling plants in compliance with the manufacturing regulations and the GMP requirements Performing simple troubleshooting during operation Responsible for complying with time and quantity specifications with the support of the line management Performing and documenting in-process controls (IPC) Responsible for GMP-compliant documentation of the filling orders carried out Ensuring that the required materials (bulk, packaging materials, etc.) are booked and delivered to the line in a timely and orderly manner Compliance with defined guidelines for hygiene, health protection, and occupational safety Jointly responsible for the maintenance of the plants together with the setters Our requirements Completed vocational training as a plant operator EFZ or chemical/pharmaceutical technologist EFZ or comparable qualification Experience in operating and monitoring filling plants in the pharma, cosmetics, or food industry Ability to solve problems independently and proactively identify opportunities for improvement Good German language skills in writing and speaking, English an advantage Willingness to work in 3-shift and Saturday shifts.
