As a Jurist within Protekta Assurance de protection juridique SA, a company of the Mobilière group, you are part of our Romandie legal department, a team of jurists responsible for processing and settling claims involving many areas of law internally and within Legal Case Management.

What you can achieve with us ##

Your main mission within the Legal Case Management department consists of coordinating and monitoring complex claim files subject to legal proceedings in Switzerland and abroad. You ensure the proper management of mandates entrusted to external lawyers and develop lasting relationships of trust with our clients as well as with our legal partners. You conduct negotiations with opposing lawyers or any other legal representative. Thanks to your expertise and communication skills, you seek pragmatic solutions and defend the interests of our insured parties.

In general, you advise our clients with a strong service orientation, clarify legal questions and contribute to efficient and high-quality case management as well as the optimization of procedures.

In addition, you may be required to autonomously manage legal files in the areas covered by our insurance, including labor, tenancy, civil liability, and insurance law, contract law, as well as criminal law.

What you bring ##

• Degree in Swiss law, with or without bar exam
• Professional experience useful to the function and/or legal internship
• Client and service-oriented approach, strong negotiation skills and efficient working method
• Willingness to learn and open-mindedness towards digital questions and new challenges
• Personality focused on teamwork, demonstrating initiative and open-mindedness
• Perfect mastery of French orally and in writing; mastery of German and/or Italian is an asset
