Your tasks

• Ensuring individual and needs-based care
• Taking over daily responsibility and professional responsibility
• Creating, reviewing and adapting the care plan
• Implementation of medical and nursing measures
• Recognizing changes and initiating corresponding measures
• Professional support of the nursing staff
• Exchange with relatives, doctors and other involved parties

Your profile

• Diploma as Pflegefachperson HF or an equivalent recognition
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Independent and structured way of working
• Sense of responsibility and strong professional competence
• Respectful and patient handling of elderly people
