Maintenance Mechanic 100 (m/f/d)

Our client is a modern Swiss production company in the building materials industry with locations in German-speaking Switzerland and Romandie. The plant in the Aarau region is characterized by innovative and sustainable production processes and is one of the leading manufacturers in its industry in Switzerland. To strengthen the technical team at the Wildegg location, we are looking for a committed individual as a Maintenance Mechanic (100%) immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Independent performance of maintenance, repair, and inspection tasks
• Ensuring the safety and high availability of the plants
• Troubleshooting and rectifying malfunctions
• Active participation in major maintenance and overhaul work
• Identification and implementation of optimization opportunities for plants
• Performing on-call and fault service

Your profile

• Technical vocational training with EFZ in the mechanical field
• Good knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Experience in welding is an advantage
• Fluent German skills for cross-departmental cooperation
• Networked, cross-departmental way of thinking
