• They ensure standards (quality, productivity, safety) are respected and promote participatory progress approaches.
• They are always looking for ideas to solve workshop issues (team organization, coordination with the maintenance department) and love to innovate as a team.
• They ensure the link with commercial distribution by being attentive to customer feedback.
• They work with the HR department to recruit, integrate, animate, and manage their teams.
