• Processing inquiries in worldwide payment transactions
• Oral & written communication in English (as well as other languages) with foreign banks
• Checking and processing card reclamations
• Monitoring transactions and analyzing suspicious patterns
• Matching international sanction lists
• Professional support for customer service

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training (EFZ)
• At least two years of experience in the field of administration / administration / customer contact
• Experience in the banking environment is an advantage
• Flawless German skills (level C2) as well as fluent English skills (at least level B2) mandatory, other languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese etc. are an advantage
