For our team in the Laser department at the Aarburg location, we are looking for immediately a/an
Polymechanic specializing in laser
Your tasks
Setting up, operating and maintaining 2D and 3D lasers (3-axis and 5-axis drilling and cutting lasers) as well as marking lasers
Programming with FASTSUITE, TruTops as well as the marking laser
Production and testing of workpieces made of nickel and cobalt-based alloys
Ensuring order and cleanliness at the workstations and machines
Carrying out standard maintenance on the systems including the NADCAP-certified machines
Creation of setup documents for new products
Participation in the continuous improvement process (KVP)
Your profile
Completed technical training (e.g. Polymechanic, CNC miller or plant and equipment builder) with 3D programming experience
Several years of professional experience in the field of laser processing desirable
Knowledge of the controls from Siemens, ABB, PowerMark (Minelli) and S94P
High degree of precision and attention to detail
Teamwork skills and good communication skills
Willingness to learn and perform as well as resilience
Very good German skills in speaking and writing, basic knowledge of English
