• You support the Facility Services Manager with administrative and operational tasks as well as with the optimization of processes and workflows in the cleaning area.
• You lead and supervise a team of around 50-60 employees (mostly paid hourly), plan assignments and vacations, monitor working hours as well as absences and ensure correct reporting.
• You coordinate our cleaning services and ensure smooth operations.
• You ensure compliance with our quality standards, carry out quality controls and implement targeted improvement measures.
• You look after our customers and are the contact person for employees and internal contact partners.
• Completed vocational training in the field of cleaning, Facility Management or a comparable training.
• Several years of professional experience in the cleaning area as well as leadership experience.
• Organizational talent, sense of responsibility as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working.
• You maintain an overview even in hectic situations and set the right priorities.
• Very good German skills as well as good MS-Office skills.
• Driver's license category B and willingness to travel in the greater Graubünden and Engadin area (company vehicle for your assignments and for private use).
