• Reception and care of guests, visitors, craftsmen, as well as employees of the mandate.
• Reception and care of VIPs.
• Guest Relations and service.
• Identity verification (checking ID, passport, or ID).
• Contacting the organizers.
• Issuing & returning badges.
• Central point of contact as well as information mediation for site-relevant matters.
• Active participation in projects / processes of the reception service.
• Conducting training.
• Dispatching of FM tickets.
• Booking of meeting rooms.
• Various administrative tasks for reception services.

• Completed commercial (EFZ) or comparable training, ideally supplemented by several years of experience in a service environment.
• Several years of professional experience in a similar function (reception, hospitality, facility or customer service).
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form.
• Confident handling of MS Office (365) and digital tools.
• Strong service orientation, organizational talent and a hands-on mentality.
• Friendly, well-groomed, professional appearance as well as a structured and independent way of working.
