Do you have a technical background and are you interested in Product Management and artificial intelligence? During your internship, you will process product-related customer inquiries, thereby building valuable product knowledge and using this to create an AI-based product support agent. Your area of design. ## • Process product-related customer inquiries regarding technical information, data, certificates or verifications. • Collaborate with Product Management, Laboratory, Sales, Care and other specialist departments to find solutions. • Structure recurring questions and existing product knowledge and develop an AI-based product support agent. • Collect, prepare and document product data and technical information. • Participate in training materials and other tasks in Product Management. Your profile - More than just expertise. ## • Technical training or studies, e.g. in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, industrial engineering or a comparable field. • Technical understanding and enjoyment in familiarizing yourself with new products and issues. • Know-how in the development of AI agents and interest in their practical application. • Structured, independent and communicative way of working. • Very good German and English skills.
