Your mission

We are looking for a Scheduling Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to guarantee compliance with management processes and ensure their update, with the objective of improving the reliability of deadlines and thus guaranteeing the customer service rate. Responsibilities: Manage, for each item, the release of manufacturing orders according to the established plan and monitor its execution; Ensure short-term load/capacity for all production units in coordination with other Managers; Contribute to the progressive entry of new products and new processes, in partnership with planners, project managers and production; Follow action plans in the different interfaces with production in order to guarantee delivery objectives; Participate in the search for solutions to accelerate the flow; Ensure the update of master data and monitor relevant indicators

Your profile

Profile: HES Engineer or ES Technician specialized in logistics or production, or training deemed equivalent; Several years of experience in planning or scheduling / Supply Chain; Mastery of an ERP and good knowledge of a decision-making tool; Excellent listening skills and ease in communication; Ability to synthesize, proactive and stress resistance; Resident in Switzerland imperatively
