Your tasks:

Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process

Taking over tasks as a primary caregiver

Participation in the nursing process and in the nursing needs assessment with RAI/BESA for the assigned guests

Electronic nursing documentation (possible via mobile with CareCoach smartphone)

Planning and accompaniment of physician visits

Taking over daily responsibility

Taking over tasks as a topic carrier for a specialist topic and thus participation in the group-wide network for nursing quality

Independent assumption of responsibility for the entire ward during the night shift

Your profile:

Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ

Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage

RAI/BESA knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid)

A warm and humorous basic attitude

Enjoyment of versatile challenges

Good German skills in speaking and writing
