Healthcare Specialist EFZ 80-100% Your tasks: Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process Taking over tasks as a primary caregiver Participation in the nursing process and in the nursing needs assessment with RAI/BESA for the assigned guests Electronic nursing documentation (possible via mobile with CareCoach smartphone) Planning and accompaniment of physician visits Taking over daily responsibility Taking over tasks as a topic carrier for a specialist topic and thus participation in the group-wide network for nursing quality Independent assumption of responsibility for the entire ward during the night shift Your profile: Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage RAI/BESA knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid) A warm and humorous basic attitude Enjoyment of versatile challenges Good German skills in speaking and writing It is important to us that our employees can well reconcile professional and private life.
