Tasks

• Responsibility for a smooth construction process
• Cost, schedule, and quality control
• Leading construction meetings
• Estimating and scheduling the projects
• Creating tender and works contracts
• Cooperation with partners and contractors

Profile

• Basic training in the construction industry
• Further training as a construction manager desired
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a construction manager
• Specialist knowledge in construction design and construction management
• Organizational skills and assertiveness
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Knowledge of Swiss standards and contracts
