Head R&D Project Automatic Assembly Tools Oetiker Group (all)

• Overall responsibility for technical development projects from idea to series production readiness
• Planning, leading, and coordinating international, cross-functional project teams
• Management of stakeholders as well as leading project meetings and workshops
• Ensuring project controlling, reporting, and requirements management
• Identification and proactive management of project risks
• Technical training with further education at FH level or comparable (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering of a comparable discipline)
• Several years of experience in leading technical development projects and in product development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
• High technical understanding in mechanics and electrical engineering
• Committed, solution-oriented personality with a passion for innovation and project management
• Very good German and English skills (at least B2/C1)
• Experience in the automotive industry and a project management certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA) are an advantage
