You are responsible for the strategic and operational management as well as the future-oriented development of the Civil Engineering Office in the context of politics and public administration. You lead demanding projects of technical, financial, and political significance, taking into account the diverse requirements for public space and relying on contemporary, sustainable, and ecological design. In exchange with external stakeholders and internal administrative bodies, you coordinate the development of public road and traffic route construction. In all your activities, you develop and connect people, processes, and technologies in a balanced manner and keep the big picture in mind. You align your activities with customer and employee satisfaction, economic efficiency, safety, and sustainability. This position is for you if You have a university degree in civil engineering or spatial development and infrastructure systems, supplemented by further training in business administration. You can demonstrate several years of leadership, specialist, and project experience in infrastructure management with revenue and profit responsibility. You lead clearly and bindingly, provide orientation, set accents and impulses for change, and promote an appreciative and participatory culture. You are a steadfast personality with a clear stance, respectful appearance, convincing communication, as well as negotiating and decision-making strength.
