In this exciting role, you are responsible for the operational procurement of electronic components and assemblies within defined product groups. You ensure security of supply and make an important contribution to cost optimization, quality enhancement, and value creation for our company.
Your area of impact
Operational procurement of electronic components, printed circuit boards, assemblies, and related services
Co-responsibility for the obsolescence management of electronic components
Obtaining, checking, and comparing offers as well as conducting price and condition negotiations within the defined framework
Triggering, monitoring, and tracking orders including schedule and delivery control
Ensuring material availability considering inventory levels, requirement planning, and production requirements
Maintenance of supplier and article data in SAP
Processing of delivery deviations, complaints, and invoice differences
Close cooperation with production, scheduling, development, and quality assurance
Support in the optimization of purchasing processes and supplier performance
Your profile
Completed technical training in the field of electronics
Several years of experience in operational purchasing in an electronics or industrial environment
Good knowledge of using SAP and MS Office
Sound technical understanding of electronic components and assemblies
Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a structured way of working
Reliable, team-oriented, communicative, and resilient personality
Good German and English skills in spoken and written form
