Head of Focus Team <<Organisation, Innovation und Wirkung>> 80 % Department: Soziale Arbeit Start date: June 2027 or by arrangement Tasks * You assume the personnel and professional leadership of the Focus Team <<Organisation, Innovation und Wirkung>>. * You shape team development participatively and result-oriented and are committed to supporting junior talent. * You implement the focus theme strategy and develop it further. * Together with your focus team, you develop and launch new offerings, practice-oriented and strategically framed. * You design, lead, and are responsible for research and development projects and are engaged in teaching the Bachelor's and Master's programs in Soziale Arbeit, depending on your profile, on topics such as social management, organizational development, social innovations, digital transformation, and Social Entrepreneurship. * As a member of the extended institute management, you are responsible for the strategic further development of the institute. * You specifically expand your network in the Zurich region as well as nationally and, if necessary, internationally, and maintain exchange with stakeholders from practice, politics, administration, and science of the social sector. * You lead with an attitude of confidence, implementation orientation, collaboration, and trust. Profile As a leadership personality who wants to achieve a perceptible impact in the social sector and in teaching and research of Soziale Arbeit through their actions, you make an important contribution to the reputation of the Institut für Sozialmanagement. You have a university degree in Soziale Arbeit or a social science subject area and have acquired profound expertise and built networks thanks to your many years of professional experience in the public or non-profit sector. You bring teaching expertise and research know-how and accordingly recognized qualifications (Doctorate). You lead with clarity and tact, recognize social and organizational issues in the non-profit sector at an early stage, and have the drive to initiate the development of new teaching, research, and continuing education offerings together with your team. You have business-fluent German and English skills (written and spoken); good French skills are an advantage. Strong digital competencies, both professionally and in the concrete application of tools, round off your profile.
