Chief Accountant \- 80\-100% \- Valais \- CDI For one of our clients, a human-sized Swiss SME based in Valais, we are looking for a Chief Accountant. Reporting directly to the General Management, you take responsibility for all the accounting and financial activities of the company. Your main responsibilities: \-Supervise general, auxiliary, and analytical accounting. \-Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. \-Produce financial reporting and performance analyses. \-Manage treasury, taxation, and relations with external partners. \-Develop budgets, forecasts, and monitor financial indicators. \-Optimize accounting processes and support improvement projects. \-Be a true partner to the Management on financial and organizational subjects. We are looking for a person with: \-Federal Diploma in Finance \& Accounting or equivalent training. \-Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting, with experience in an SME. \-Excellent mastery of Swiss accounting, taxation, and reporting. \-Fluent French; English is an asset. \-Leadership, autonomy, and a pragmatic approach. \- Reliable, collaborative, and solution-oriented personality.
